1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to the AEscales website and any AEscales educational program you purchase. By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll.

The legal entity operating AEscales, its registered address and jurisdiction are confirmed at checkout and in the enrollment confirmation email.

2. Educational services only

AEscales provides educational content, structured curriculum, exercises and, where purchased, group mentorship. AEscales does not provide individualized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, trade signals or recommendations to buy or sell any financial instrument.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, including whether any educational concept is appropriate for your circumstances, experience and risk tolerance.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase a program. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Access to purchased materials is personal. Sharing, reselling, recording or redistributing program content is not permitted.

4. Access term

Lifetime access to the course materials included in a purchase, for as long as AEscales operates the program.

Mentorship sessions, live coaching and feedback are delivered during the stated program period.

5. Upgrades

If you purchase a program and later upgrade to a more comprehensive program purchased directly from AEscales, the amount already paid may be credited toward the upgrade.

6. Payments

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; AEscales does not collect or store raw card details.

Where a payment plan or scheduled billing is offered, the schedule and amounts are disclosed before checkout.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access content you have not purchased, or interfere with other students' access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEscales is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

AEscales may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a revised effective date.
